Good day to you! I haven't been posting much simply because it's the middle of winter and just getting out and about in these cold temps takes much of my energy.
Work is busy with a hospice couple that I've been with since July, going through many changes. I'm spending lots of "free" time at the hospital with them.
We are also moving into our new office the end of next month - no more working from home in my PJ's!!
We finally completed the painting of Katie's room. We discovered that the problem with it needing so many coats is that the base was clear and it should have been a white base. If you click on the "painting picture" you'll see her smiling. After the FOURTH coat...not so much smiling! It's done though!
Here's a picture of the wall along with the "bright spot" of the amaryllis that is blooming profusely! Yaaay! Life!
I also had a friend recovering from shoulder surgery so I fixed lots of meals and did lots of physical therapy as she recovered at our home.
Other than that, life... just getting through the cabin fever time!
Hope all is well at your house!

That is definitely a BRIGHT room. :)
How does anything bloom up there with so little daylight? I like the way the paint dries to a little darker shade, very pretty! And so is the painter...
Well, Kathy, I've been given this bulb for the past two years and nary a leaf appeared. This year, I turned on a little grow light and wa la!!! I'm not a green thumb person!!
