Talking about dead chicken!!!

I love the little picture to the left. Poor Jimmy! But the reason for this post is to tell you how MUCH we love those rotisserie chickens you can purchase at the grocery store! Throw in a veggie, a salad, and some sort of seasoned pasta and you've got a great meal.

I wonder if I'll quit cooking when Katie leaves home. Maybe I should start stocking up on Ensure for Rick! Poor guy. At least they are adding new flavors so he will have some variety!

Today was great! I worked from home and took a break and walked 3 miles with my friend Susan. So far, I'm not too sore but I'll probably feel it upon waking tomorrow!
