Say Cheese! And Thank You!

I am so privileged to work with this kind doctor through our hospice organization. We just learned that our volunteers would now have to pay $59 for their yearly TB tests and so...I approached Dr. Carroll to see if he could help us. He graciously said, "We'll do it for free at my office." Such a kind man. He cares so much for the patients we both serve and is so supportive of our volunteer organization.
I stopped by to talk to him, and knowing that he is a wine connoisseur I guessed he was also familiar with cheese. I asked him if he knew of Vincent cheese (Katie and I LOVE it) and he said, "No, where is it from?" I said, "Fred Meyers!" He rolled his eyes at me, smiled, and offered me some fresh peaches on the counter.
I picked up two packages at Freds and wrote a thank you for his help with our TB test concerns and am delivering it today.
