These Alexia Sweet Potato Fries are our current favorite when we have boca burgers or BLT's! Cooked in the oven, they are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. VERY tasty! They are in the organic freezer section at Freds but I don't know "how" nutritious they are because the ingredients do list some preservatives and such. They are great for a treat though and my family loves them.

Sweet Potato Fries!
