Yesterday I used my new mixer to make those tried and true molasses cookies. UNfortunately I used dark molasses. They turned out nasty! Should I throw them out or take them to the soup kitchen? I think I better try again and throw these away!
Today the roads are very icy so I'm staying home to work and will try my hand at making bread from scratch. Wish I had a good recipe for healthy, WW bread! My typical breadmaking is to throw a Krusteaz bread kit from the box into my bread maker! Wish me luck!
